Welcome to Little Loungers. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Little Loungers. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Little Loungers. By accessing our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions please read carefully below.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Little Loungers, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information

We sell high-quality bean bag covers designed for children aged  12 months and up—perfect for toddlers, big kids, and even grown-ups too.

 Our covers are sold unfilled and require polystyrene beans or suitable soft filling to use. Please refer to each product listing for recommended filling volume, fabric details, and care instructions.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting, and photo editing. These are not considered faults.

Adult supervision is recommended for young children, especially under 3 years of age. These products are intended for indoor use only.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards and Afterpay at checkout.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense. International shipping is unavailable currently but look forward to possibly adding this feature in the future.

We do not offer local pickup.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our full policy available here. Please note:

  • No change-of-mind returns.

  • No exchanges are offered.

  • Full-price items in original condition may be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping). depending on the reasoning. Please see refunds and returns policy for more information.

  • Faulty item claims must be submitted within 6 months.

  • All items must be returned unused, with all original packaging.

7. Faulty Products

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us at Help@littleloungers.com.au within 6 months of receiving it. Claims must include a description, clear photos, and your order number.

We follow Australian Consumer Law. If the fault is minor, we may offer a repair or store credit. For major faults, you may choose a refund, or replacement (if stock is available). Items returned due to faults must still be in clean and unused condition.

8. Care & Use

Our products are for indoor use only. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years. Improper use such as jumping, rough play, or incorrect filling may void your rights under our policy.

9. Warranty Limitations

We do not cover:

  • Damage from improper use or rough surfaces

  • General wear and tear

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Exposure to moisture or heat

  • Damage caused by animals

  • Mould or mildew due to improper storage or cleaning

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—belongs to Little Loungers. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure our site and products are accurate and safe. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by use of our website or products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian Consumer Law.
